Accessing our Website
You can access our Services using your account on the Steam Network at https://steampowered.com, which serves as our OpenID provider. Access to our website is available on only a temporary basis. FeudalTools retains the right to withdraw, modify or suspend the website (including any services accessible on it) without any notice. From time to time, FeudalTools updates its website, Services, and may modify the content at any time without any notice to you. FeudalTools won't be liable in any manner if for any reason our Services or any area of it becomes unavailable at any time.
You’re responsible for making every necessary arrangement and effort required to access and view the website as well as use the Services. You’re responsible for ensuring that anyone accessing our website and using the Services via your internet connection is aware of the Terms here.
Use of the Services
You may access and display Content from the Services on a computer screen or any computer devices, and save such pages in electronic format on disk (but not on any other server or storage device linked to any network) for only your personal, non-commercial use. vi) to copy, harvest, gather, crawl, mine, index, scrape, extract, obtain, compile, spider, aggregate, capture, or store any Content, such as images, text, videos, audio, software, source or object code, statistics, data, formulas, analysis, registries, repositories, algorithms, indexes, or any other information available via the Services, including by a manual or automated process or otherwise.
Other than connecting to the FeudalTools’ servers by HTTP(S) requests, you may not try to have access to the FeudalTools’ servers by any other means, such as by using any administrator passwords or by pretending to be an administrator when using the Services or otherwise.
You agree that you’ll not disrupt, interfere, or modify with the Services or any related hardware, software, and servers, and you agree not to impede others’ usage of the Services.
To the extent that the Services include a download of particular software such as an app, online tools, you accept not to (and not to attempt to or encourage others to): (i) use the software, tools and/or app for any purpose other than as authorized by these Terms; or (ii) adapt, change, copy, decompile, disassemble, distribute, reverse engineer, otherwise tamper with, make derivative works based upon, transmit, license, sell, display, transfer, perform, stream, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the software, tools and/or app or any aspect of the software, tools and/or app, unless as clearly authorized in these Terms.
Premium Membership
Although most Services are available for free, there are certain features that are restricted to a paid premium membership. To access these features, you have to pay a fixed amount of money to upgrade your account to premium for a particular period of time. You agree that you have the authority to make payments by any of the payment methods permitted on the site, and that there are sufficient funds in the bank account connected to the credit card to cover all costs regarding the subscription. If you fall short of this condition, FeudalTools may refuse your subscription.
FeudalTools retains the right to alter the subscription costs at any time without any notice to you. FeudalTools retains every right to refuse or reject any subscription from anyone with whom FeudalTools is in dispute with or who has brought a dispute in the past.
Third-party Links
The Services may include certain links to some services operated or supplied by third parties such as advertisers and other content providers. FeudalTools has no form of control over such linked services, and is not responsible for their content, legality or functionality. The third parties may choose to collect data or ask for personal information from you; FeudalTools is not responsible for either the collection, use or disclosure of any information they may collect from you. Accessing any other services or sites from the Services is completely at your own risk.
In addition, the Services may include features, functionality, and/or content that may be hosted, operated or supplied by any third-party service providers. Such service providers may demand you to accept their additional terms. Your compliance with such additional terms is your responsibility and won't affect your continuing obligation to comply with the Terms here. FeudalTools disclaims any liability concerning the omissions or acts of any third-party service provider.
Any services connected to or otherwise interacting with the Services mustn't
i) use any the FeudalTools Trademark with no express permission from us;
ii) scrape or harvest Content from our website to reuse such Content for personal or public use, unless first agreed with us;
iii) has any content that could be deemed illegal, controversial, offensive, distasteful or otherwise harmful to the FeudalTools reputation or commercial interests;
iv) create a frame or any other browser or border environment around our Content, unless first agreed with us;
v) violate any intellectual property or other rights of anyone;
vi) infer that the FeudalTools is endorsing or recommending it or its services.
FeudalTools retains every right to demand that any link or activity violating the Terms here be removed and/or terminated, as well as to take any other action needed to be taken.
Electronic Communications
You agree to get communications from FeudalTools by email based on these Terms and applicable laws. You agree that all agreements, disclosures, notices and any other form of communications that FeudalTools offers to you electronically will be based on any legal requirement that such communications be in written format.
Intellectual Rights
All Content and tools on the Services are owned by FeudalTools or our third-party licensors (and are covered by international copyright and other laws protecting any intellectual property and related proprietary rights). Such rights are reserved to FeudalTools and its licensors.
You acknowledge that FeudalTools and any other brands or logos that belong to us within the Services are the FeudalTools trademarks (the “FeudalTools Trademarks”) and that you may not use any of them without first getting a written consent from FeudalTools.
Making any unauthorized copies of Content available via the Services may lead to the prohibition of your usage of the Services and further legal action.
FeudalTools has high regard for the intellectual property and other rights of others, and FeudalTools requests its users to do the same. FeudalTools may, in applicable circumstances and based on sole discretion, terminates the access of users violating the rights of others.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, as well as treat harmless FeudalTools from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, actions, interest, penalties, costs, fines, awards, or expenses of any sort, including attorneys’ fees, resulting from your usage or misuse of the Services, or your violation of the Terms here, including with no sort of limitation to the content submitted or make available through the usage of the Services.

To the highest degree granted by relevant law, you agree that your usage of the Services is solely at your risk. The Services by Feaudal Tools are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis for your usage. To the degree allowed by relevant law, FeudalTools expressly disclaim all sorts of warranties, express and implied, including any warranties of reliability, accuracy, non-infringement, title, merchantability, fitness for a purpose or any other warranties, conditions, guarantees, or representations, whether oral, written or electronic, including the completeness or correctness of any information therein or offered by the Services.
FeudalTools makes no form of representation or warranty that access to the Services will remain uninterrupted or that there will be no form of error, omission, failure, or loss of information, or that no form of viruses will be transferred via the Services. FeudalTools offers no form of guarantee that you will be able to access or use the Services at any time or location, or that FeudalTools will have sufficient capacity for the Services in any particular geographic area.
In no event shall FeudalTools be liable for indirect, direct, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your usage of the Services, the internet or for any other claim regarding your usage of the Services, including for viruses said to have been obtained from the Services, your usage of or dependence on the Services or any of other information, tools or materials available on the Services, regardless of the claim or cause of action, even if FeudalTools has been advised or warned of the likelihood of such damages.
FeudalTools doesn't endorse or warrant any third-party services provided through the Services and won't be a party to or even be responsible for the monitoring of any transaction that occurs between you and any third-party providers of services.
Since some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for certain incidental or consequential damages, in those jurisdictions, liability shall be limited to the full extent allowed by relevant law.
Miscellaneous
FeudalTools reserves the right to modify the Terms at any given time without notice to you.
FeudalTools retains the right to terminate your usage of or ability to access the Services at any time, for any reason, without any notice to you.
If any aspect of the Terms here is considered to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining aspects shall be valid and enforceable.
